Firming and binding waxes are much harder than the ProSpray wax.
The waxes are installed hot at around 90-98C, once cool they all harden and physically hold the sand fibres and other surface components together to increase firmness and traffic loads.


The prices quoted for hot wax treatments are inclusive of installation.
The price quoted is for our minimum guideline amount of 6kg per M2 for new clean sand and fibre type surfaces.
With any new or existing surface we require a sample prior to purchase and installation to asses the required amount to coat the surface.
If the surface being coated has significant organic material, silt or dirt within it then the installation rate may have to be increased and a price correction will be required.
If an outdoor arena surface has high levels of organic material and fine dust particles or dirt within the surface it may not be possible to treat the surface using a hot wax coating due to possible drainage issues.
